First off, we invited a couple of members to come out with us; both used to keep their boats on L-Dock, and one was the previous owner of Cicerone, who continued to sail her with us after selling her to Drew. Well, Lisa realized late in the game that she had a work related weekend seminar that would keep her from the days activities, but another member whose boat wasn't available that day, also opted in for a ride. Well, cutting to the chase, we ended up w/seven + a dog aboard, with a couple of touch n' goes for pick ups along the marina fairway. The fleet began a little early, so we ended up bringing up the rear, but it was still a fun afternoon to push us into the season. Too bad Lisa wasn't there, but the first club cruise is only 2 weeks away.
